Overview
Ms. CHEN Yanxian was born in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province.
From 1994 to 1998, she worked as a technician in Guangzhou Automation Instrument Company, engaging in product mechanical structure designs.
From 1998 to present, she worked in intellectual property agency and has agented hundreds of IP cases in the area of mechanical technology proceeding both in China and abroad. Up to now, she has accumulated rich experience in intellectual property and is assigned as the IP Legal Counsel of several enterprises. She was also awarded as a Four Star Patent Agent.
Practice expertise
Experienced in patent application, trademark registration application, patent invalidation and infringement, particularly well in the area of mechanical technology and foreign-patent-related affairs.
