Overview
Ms. SHENG Peizhen is one of the first generation of patent attorneys in China and has been engaged in the field of patent agency and management in SCUT for a long period. During her term as Director of IP Firm of SCUT, SCUT was rated as Advanced Patent Service Unit of China, Advanced Patent Service Unit of Guangdong Province and Advanced Patent Office for many times.
She has previously acted as Executive Director of China University IP Research Institute, Executive Director and General Secretary of Guangdong University IP Research Institute, leading or participating in many IP research subjects developed by State IP Office, Guangdong IP Office, Guangdong Science and Technology Department and Guangdong Education Department.
She also published considerable amount of valuable papers, like Discussion on Applicability of Market Demand in Intangible Asset Evaluation, Patent System and Management of Scientific and Technological Achievements, and wrote two books, Patent and Patent Document Search, Theory and Practice of Intellectual Property.
