Overview
        After graduating from SCUT, Mr. TANG Shanxin worked as Deputy Secretary of the Party committee, the Commission for Discipline Inspection, the Guangdong Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection, the Standing Committee of the Guangdong Provincial Higher Education Commission. Then he even once worked as executive deputy director of Guangdong Provincial Intellectual Property Office.
        He is experienced in IP management and teaching. Also, he wrote several influential papers and books about IP.
