Representatives from Guangdong Provincial IP Administration put forward constructive opinions on the collaboration of patent administrative law enforcement, based on the reality of the IP work in the province, winning applause from other participants.

Coastal cities in Fujian and Guangdong provinces are the forward positions of China's reform and opening up to the outside world with comparatively developed economies, serving as the main regions of investment from foreign countries, Hong Kong and Taiwan. In recent years, with the constant increase of patent application in the Chinese mainland and Taiwan and the rapid development of science and economy, the number of IP cases keeps increasing, and the inter-regional IPR infringements and group right infringements also show the trend of increase. Thus, establishing and improving the IP law-enforcement collaboration mechanism among coastal cities in Fujian and Guangdong provinces is of great importance in establishing the sound images of IPR protection of the two provinces and forming the new pattern of all-dimension, broad-area and multi-layer IP cooperation between Fujian and Guangdong.
